Day 1:

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Arrival. Transfer to the hotel.

Reception. Transfer to hotel and free time. You will receive information about the start of the circuit during the afternoon, or you can check the informative panels in the hotel reception area.


IMPORTANT - IF YOU REQUESTED ADDITIONAL NIGHTS on arrival at the hotel you will have your booking made but the guide of your trip will normally not arrive until the start of the included activities. YOUR TIME BEFORE THIS MOMENT IS THEREFORE FREE. At your hotel they can help you with all the information you need.


NB: The schedules you will find in this itinerary are approximate. The guide, depending on the situation and in order to improve the development of the circuit, may adjust the schedules.

Day 2: Nice- Saint Maxime - Saint Tropez- Marseilles.-

Total Distance: 230 Km
Scenery: Today we visit the Côte d´Azur and the Mediterranean in France.

Before leaving, brief time in Nice to enjoy the “Promenade des Anglais” (Walkway of the English).

10.00 hrs- Nice, departure. We travel among spectacular landscapes that characterize the region of Provence with its aromas of fields of olive trees, cork oaks and pines.
11.30 hrs. - Saint Maxime. Arrival at this delightful coastal town where you can stroll and get lost in its narrow streets and enjoy its magnificent architecture of art Deco, Provencal and modern styles. In its center, be sure to approach the "Square Tower" of the sixteenth century.

12.30 hrs (approx)- Saint Maxime. From the port, we will take a tourist boat that will allow us to contemplate the magnificent views of the gulf until we reach the beautiful city of Saint Tropez. The time of boarding may vary slightly depending on the times of the season.
13.00 hrs.- Saint Tropez, Arrival at one of tourism’s jewels, on the coast that has received countless famous people but nevertheless maintains its traditional charms. In this old fishing port we can contemplate some of the most luxurious yachts in the world. Time for a walk and lunch.

15.00 hrs- Saint Tropez, departure.
17.15 hrs- Marseilles. Arrival in the second city of France after Paris, port city of Provence of great contrasts. Here you can stroll through its high part, nostalgic and decadent, the great
nineteenth-century avenues or the beaches. We recommend that you get to visit the vibrant "Vieux port" (old port).

Day 3: Marseilles- Arles- Les Beaux- Avignon- Lyon.-

Total distance: 380km

Scenery: Villages, landscapes, and history, today we see some of the most beautiful places in Provence.


08.00 hrs. Marseille, departure.
09.15 hrs.- Arles. Stop to visit this World Heritage city that shows us its legacy of Roman and medieval times. Its light captivated great painters, such as Van Gogh, who immortalized it in some of his canvases.


10.30 hrs- Arles Departure.
11.00 hrs- In Les Beaux, we get to know this small medieval village and we will include the entrance to Carrieres de Lumiere, an impressive show of art, image and sound underground, in some of its old quarries.


12.15 hrs- Lumiere carriers, departure
13.00 hrs.- Avignon- A time to have lunch and walk in this small walled city of Provence on the
banks of the Rhône that was the seat of the Catholic Popes, becoming the second Rome, until in 1791 when it was integrated into France. Its immense Palace of the Popes reveals its past.


15.30 hrs- Avignon. Departure to the interior of France.
18.15 hrs. Lyon, Arrival in the third city of France, with a remarkable historical past preserved that make it proud. We will be able to walk through the old quarter declared a World Heritage Site and we will include a funicular ride to climb to Notre Dame de Fourviere, an immense basilic from where we have a great view over the city.


When due to it being closed or due to influx of public it is not possible to obtain tickets for the show of Carrieres de Lumière, as an alternative there will be a transfer to the Roman aqueduct of Pont du Gard.

Day 4: Lyon- Tournus- Beaune- Savigny- Dijon.-

Total Distance: 220 km
Scenery: Burgundy’s wine region with exceptional vineyards.

08.30 hrs.- After breakfast, we will leave Lyon and go towards Burgundy.
10.00 hrs.- Tournus. Time for walking throughout the pleasant small town with picturesque alleys behind an immense stone gate and its large abbey, one of the largest Romanesque monuments in France.


11.00 hrs- Tournus, departure.
11.45 hrs- Beaune. Stop to visit and have lunch in the wine capital of Burgundy. You can
visit the wine museum or the historic hospice.

14.30 hrs- Beaune, departure.
15.00 hrs- Savigny Castle – In the center of this wine region, we will visit the Savigny Castle, built in the fifteenth century, and where some extraordinary museums are located (such as motorcycle, race cars, airplanes and helicopters museums!).

16.30 hrs- Savigny Castle, departure.
17.30 hrs- Dijon, arrival in the capital of Burgundy, with lively streets and atmosphere. This city that was the capital of a powerful duchy at the end of the Middle Ages, it preserves a great
architectural heritage of medieval and Renaissance buildings where the palace of the dukes stands out.

Day 5: Dijon- Fontenay Abbey- Semur en Auxois- Vezelay- Paris.-

Total Distance: 387km

Scenery: small villages in the Dordogne among relaxing landscapes of hills and vineyards.

08.30 hrs- Dijon, departure. We continue touring Burgundy.
10.00 hrs- Abbey of Fontenay. We include an entrance to visit this abbey, masterpiece of the Cistercian order, today a Unesco World Heritage Site.


11.00hrs- Fontenay, departure.
11.30 hrs. Semur in Auxois. Stop to get to know this charming medieval town of alleys, palaces and half-timbered houses surrounded by impressive walls that will make you travel back in time.


12.30 hrs.- Semur in Auxois. We continue touring the interior of Burgundy.
13.30 hrs.- Vezelay. Time for lunch and stroll in one of the most beautiful villages in France. Its immense basilica was one of the starting points of the Way of St James.


16.00 hrs.- Vezelay. Departure.19.00 hrs- Paris.


Day 6: Paris.-

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Transfer to Versailles Palace. Funicular ride included to Montmartre district. City tour in Paris.

Early in the morning, we will leave for Versailles, the immense palace of the kings of France (entrance not included). After that, we will return to Paris at lunch time where we provide a transfer to the Montmartre dis­trict. We will ascend by funicular to the hill and admire the spectacular view of Paris from the top. This neighbourhood is known for its painters, artists, and its cab­arets… Sit down for lunch and enjoy a magical atmosphere. Then, a scenic guided tour to discover the history, main boulevards and the breathtaking monuments of Paris will take place. Return to hotel. At the end of this busy day, the guide will offer the optional visit to a typical Cabaret or a variety show such as the Moulin Rouge or the Paradis Latin.

Day 7: Paris- Tours.-

Total Distance: 240 kmScenery: Extensive plains of northen France. Rouen.


08.30 hrs.- We go to the centre of Paris, starting by the Eiffel Tower area. You will have the opportunity to climb up to the second floor of this remarkable metal monument (ticket included). Then, we enjoy a boat cruise along the River Seine, which divides the north of Paris from the south. Enjoy a free afternoon to explore as you choose.


Note: Sometimes queues to climb the Eiffel Tower are long. For organizational reasons, if deemed appropriate, the climb can be made at a different moment of the day.


17.30 hrs- Departure from Paris and travel to the Loire Valley.
20.30 hrs- Tours - Arrival in the beautiful provincial capital of the Loire. We recommend going out for dinner and a stroll in the beautiful old town area.

Day 8: Tours- Bordeaux- Lourdes.-

Total distance covered: 615 km.

Scenery: Beautiful French countryside


08.00 hrs. We will continue our tour and head towards the south of France through fragrant vineyards.
12.00 hrs. We arrive in BORDEAUX whose town centre was declared a World Heritage Site. Here we will have time to have lunch and explore this beautiful city. We suggest that you visit the Port of the Moon and St Andrew’s Cathedral.


14.30 hrs - We continue travelling south, toward the Pyrenees.
18:00 hrs.- Lourdes- Arrival. Our guide will give you some information about this quaint village situated on the Pyrenees, we recommend you to attend to the candle procession, which usually takes place around 21.00hrs (from the end of March to late October). Dinner included for all passengers.

Day 9: Lourdes- Saint Bertrand- Carcassonne- Andorra.-

Total distance: 465 km.

Countryside: Pyrenees mountain range. Snow-covered high peaks through a large part of the year.


08.30 hrs – Lourdes –Departure–.
09:30 hrs - San Bertran de Cominges. - A very pretty village at the foot of the Pyrenees, already existing in Roman times. Time to stroll and see its historic heritage.


11.00 hrs - San Bertran de Cominges –Departure-. Passage through the metropolis of Toulouse.
13:30hrs – Carcassonne – Arrival at the “cité”, the mediaeval walled city. Time for lunch and to see this beautiful city.


16.00 hrs – Carcassonne –Departure. – We travel to Andorra, a small independent country of the Pyrenees between Spain and France. Impressive high mountain scenery with summits often covered with snow.
19.15 hrs – Andorra–Arrival. Free time. Dinner included.


Day 10: Andorra- Montserrat- Barcelona.-

Total distance: 225 km.

Countryside: Pretty mountain scenery. Huge scenery around the monastery of Montserrat.
WARNING: Have your passport to hand, as there are sometimes border checks.


Free morning in Andorra. You can visit this modern city amidst the mountains or go shopping in its large shopping centres with low taxes. - Time for lunch.


14.00 hrs - Andorra –Departure-. Entry in Catalonia. We go to the beautiful area where the Benedictine Abbey stands.
16:15 hrs - Arrival at the foot of Montserrat Mountain. We get to the monastery on a rack train (tickets included), impressive views on the way up.
16:45 hrs - Monastery of Montserrat –Arrival-. Time to admire the views and visit the sanctuary of the Virgin of Montserrat, patron saint of Catalonia


18:30 hrs - Montserrat –Departure- (by bus).
19.30 hrs - Barcelona –Arrival-. Accommodation.


Day 11: Barcelona.

Highlights: Barcelona Guided tour lasting 3 hours; visit to “Poble Espanyol”, with admission included and evening transfer to the Magic Fountain of Montjuich.

09:00h.- Tour of the city with a local guide (note: if the group has fewer than fifteen people, explanations can be given by our guide) who will tell us about this exciting city on the shores of the Mediterranean. We will visit the city’s historic central area with its Gothic neighborhood dating back to the Middle Ages. We will visit the area where the Olympic Games took place. It will be possible to see and photograph La Sagrada Familia basilica; the masterpiece designed by the architect Gaudí.


Subsequently, we include the entry ticket to “Poble Espanyol” (meaning, Spanish Village), an open-air museum that combines the art, traditions, architecture, arts and crafts and folklore of each of the Spanish regions. Time for lunch. Free afternoon.


18:30h.- In the evening, we include transportation and will attend the show of the Magic fountain of Montjuïch, with its combination of lights, colors, water and music. You will have time to dine in this area.


Note: in case of having the transfer to the Magic Fountain a day that for maintenance or any other reason the show is not performed, the night transfer will be given to the Maremagnum, avant-garde leisure center with restaurants by the sea and to the Plaza Colón.

Day 12:

After breakfast, end of our services.

Note: Remember that check-out time is usually at 10.00 hrs. In most cases, you can leave your luggage at the hotel reception at check-out time so you can enjoy the city and pick it up at the time you require that same day. If you need more time to use your room, please consider booking an additional night at the end of your tour.
